Order Processing

• Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Shipping Methods

• We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• If your address cannot accept USPS deliveries, contact sales@afterhoursdept.com before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions by Product

1 – Delta-8 THC Hemp Products

Delta-8 THC is hemp-derived and federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill if it contains ≤0.3% Δ9 THC.
However, due to state laws, we cannot ship Delta-8 THC products to:

Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia

2 – Kratom Products

Kratom is federally legal but banned in certain states.
We cannot ship kratom products to:

Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

(Some municipalities in otherwise legal states also have local bans—customers are responsible for knowing their local laws.)
